Rep. Steve Scalise Re-admitted to Intensive Care Unit
Congressman Steve Steve Scalise, shot at a baseball practice last month, is back in intensive care.
FOX’s Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:
There are concerns about infection for the House Majority Whip. Congressman Scalise, one of five people, shot by a gunman on a baseball field two weeks ago in a suburb of Washington.
He was struck in the pelvis, the bullet shattering bones and damaging internal organs. After undergoing several surgeries Scalise’s condition was upgraded to fair, but now he’s back in serious condition.
