New reveals from some old gaming companies.

FOX's Eammonn Dignam has more in the latest 'FOX Bits':

Blast from the past: Atari coming back in a big way:

The company posting a video on its website after telling gaming website GamesBeat that they were back in the hardware business:

The box seems to bring back the wood panel aesthetic of the one of the first widely available home consoles.
Another throwback, just not so far back... Sega is going mobile with their classic games. The app Sega Forever available for free with ads on both iPhone, and Android:

Games like arcade classic 'Altered Beast':

Role playing game 'Phantasy Star II':

And of course, icon for the Sega brand... 'Sonic the Hedgehog':

Players also have the option of paying for the app and getting it ad free. No word if the app would be available on other platforms yet, but the programming could easily be ported over.
That's FOX Bits for FOX News.
