Man gets $870G after Doctor Removes Wrong Testicle

A jury in Pennsylvania had to decide how much a man’s testicle was worth after a botched surgery.

    FOX’s John Saucier has more:

$870,000… that’s what a jury awarded 54-year-old Steven Hanes, who had chronic pain in his testicles. He went to Dr. V. Spencer long who suggested surgery after they found scarring from a previous injury.

The problem was: The Dr. removed the wrong testicle during the procedure. That surgery happened back in 2013 and needless to say, Hanes has not returned to that Dr. for anymore treatment.
