President Donald Trump's personal lawyer Marc Kasowitz spoke on Thursday following James Comey's testimony that "Mr. Comey has now admitted that he is one of these leakers."
FOX's Jon Decker reports from Washington:
President Trump's personal lawyer Marc Kasowitz defended the President and attacked former FBI Director James Comey for leaking what he called classified information to the media:
(Kasowitz) "Today, Mr. Comey admitted that he unilaterally and surreptitiously made unauthorized disclosures to the press of privileged communications with the President."
Kasowitz also reiterated that the President never sought a loyalty oath from Comey and argued that Comey's testimony makes clear that the President never sought to impede any FBI investigation.
