Dr. Sebastian Gorka: The Front Line In The War On Terror Is When You Leave Your House In The Morning

“The front line of this war isn’t some trench or some forward operating base in Afghanistan or in Raqqa or in Mosul, the front line is when you leave your house in the morning. I briefed my kids last night, I have grown children, I gave them a security brief, I said after Manchester, after London, after Ft. Hood, after Orlando, after Boston, you need to have a plan, you need to be constantly aware of your surroundings. You see anything suspicious, you have a bad gut feeling, you go with that feeling, you tell somebody, you get out of the area. You’ve got to think of 3 principles, when an attack goes down you run if you can run, you hide if you can hide and if you can’t hide you fight, you fight with everything you’ve got. On the recent attack in London the people in the pub were throwing bottles, throwing glasses at the attackers, whatever it takes, a fire extinguisher. If you are carrying a concealed weapon that is legally licensed you use it, you get the requisite training and you defend your loved ones and the people around you take whatever action s are necessary because the jihadi’ s are bringing the war back home.”

—Dr Sebastian Gorka on how the front line in the war on terror is when you leave your home in the morning
