Another setback for President Trump's revised travel ban from an appeals court in Virginia.

FOX's Gurnal Scott with the story:

The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals continued to block the ban by stopping the Trump Administration from suspending new visas from six majority-Muslim countries. The court tally was 10-to-3 to uphold the lower court decision.

The majority said it wasn't convinced by the argument that National Security was driving the order. The dissenting judges say the ruling prevents the government from acting on high security risks identified by the Attorney General and Homeland Security. President Trump previously has promised to fight to uphold his order in court.
