Bill Cosby: Accusing Me is “An Impressive Way to Get Public Opinion”

Less than a week before they start to pick the jury in Bill Cosby’s sex assault trial the comedian speaks out.

FOX’s Tonya J. Powers has more:

Bill Cosby spoke with Sirius XM’s “The Michael Smerconish Program” and it comes as he is schedule to go on trial next month on three counts of aggravated indecent assault.

Cosby was asked whether the number of women accusing him of sexual misconduct gives their charges credibility. Cosby said they were “piling on” and called it a ploy:

(Cosby) “Is a way and certainly an impressive way to get public opinion.”

Cosby was also asked about his daughter’s recent claim that racism played a big role in the scandal, as Smerconish pointed out that his accusers are both black and white.

The comedian responded that revenge could also be a motive.
