‘American Idol’ is Coming Back
A popular reality show is getting a reboot on ABC.

ABC announcing today it’s bringing back ”American Idol” for the 2017-18 season. The popular singing competition ran for 15 seasons on FOX with Trent Harmon, the winner of the 15th and last season on FOX.
While Ryan Seacrest settles in at his new gig on “Live with Kelly & Ryan”, hosts and judges for the Idol reboot being announced at a later date, along with where it’ll be filmed.
The president of ABC Entertainment saying in a statement, “‘American Idol’ is a pop culture staple that left the air too soon.”
On “Live with Kelly & Ryan”, Seacrest revealing he didn’t know until last week “American Idol” might return on ABC.
