The post positions are set for Saturday's 143rd running of the Kentucky Derby.

FOX's Chris Hoenig reports:

The favorite has won each of the last four Kentucky Derby's, this year, that's Classic Empire, who will start out of the 14th gate with 4-to-1 odds.

Always Dreaming and McCracken are your co-second favorites at 5-to-1.

Dave Grening of the Daily Racing Form likes Irish War Cry, who goes off at 6-to-1 from the 17th spot:

(Grening) "He's a little bit feisty, but it's to be expected."

The winning horse will earn more than $1.6 million. The total purse is the second-largest in race history, $2.395 million, about $40,000 less than 2005.
