Fired National Security Adviser Michael Flynn is under more scrutiny.

FOX's Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:

House Oversight Committee ranking member Democrat Elijah Cummings is out with documents that show the Defense Intelligence Agency warned General Flynn not to accept payments from foreign governments in 2014. He added:

(Cummings) "DIA did not locate any records referring or relating to Lt. General Flynn's receipt of money from a foreign source."

A couple of days ago, Flynn's attorney said he briefed the agency extensively about a 2015 trip to Moscow. The Pentagon's Inspector General is investigating whether Flynn failed to seek permission before receiving the payments.
