Latest Jeans Becoming a Hot Topic
Retailers feeling the social media sting over some offerings.

It appears some social media users would like to give a some pricey pants a kick in the rear. Department store Nordstrom getting a lot of flak for a dirty looking pair of jeans going for $425 covered with a crackled caked on muddy looking coating. They’re made in Portugal. One person tweeting he already has a pair, custom made by his dog.
Also getting mocked, British retailer Topshop’s clear plastic jeans. One person tweeting no thanks to spending the $100 for what amounts to rain coat wrapped around her legs.
Another person tweeting they raise so many questions about things like condensation and chafing, adding maybe it’s just a sign she’s too old.
