Bruce Springsteen & Steel City Native Joe Grushecky Take a Shot at President Trump in New Song
Bruce Springsteen and an old friend team up for an anti-President Trump song.

Bruce Springsteen has teamed up with a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania songwriter for a song that takes some jabs at the President. Joe Grushecky wrote ‘That’s What Makes Us Great’:
(Springsteen) “And don’t you brag to me that you never read a book. I never put my faith in a con man and his crooks.”
Yes, he can rhyme… The song takes several not-so-subtle swipes at President Trump.
Grushecky said he was inspired to write the song the moment that a then campaigning Trump appeared to make fun of a reporter with disabilities. Trump has denied repeatedly he was making fun of the reporter. The song is available on Gruschecky’s website.
