Adidas under fire after sending a mass email to recent Boston Marathon runners with the subject line, “Congrats, you survived the Boston Marathon!” In 2013, three people were killed and over 260 injured during the Boston Marathon bombing.
The email quick to spark outrage, folks calling it “insensitive” and “poorly worded”
One tweeting: “I don’t know how an advertising team doesn’t catch this.”
Another tweeting: “Man. Adidas messed up bad with this one.”
