President Trump Receives Some Support on Revised Travel Ban

Some support for the President’s revised travel ban.

FOX’s Malini Wilkes reports from Washington:

A 15-state coalition has filed a friend-of-the court brief with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco. They’re defending President Trump’s revised executive order on immigration, which temporarily bans citizens from six majority Muslim countries from entering the U.S.

The states say the order is lawful, constitutional, and vital to security. Their brief supports the administration’s appeal to the 9th Circuit filed on Friday.

The Justice Department is arguing that a federal judge in Hawaii wrongly blocked the travel ban last month.
