Sorry Alabama, you’re the most stressed out! According to WalletHub anyway. They did a study comparing states on several criteria related to work, money, family, and health and safety. Including things like access to mental health care, credit scores and logging the least sleep.
Up there with Alabama? Louisiana, Mississippi, West Virginia and Kentucky! WalletHub noting that Americans today are the least stressed than they’ve been in about a decade.
Oh I bet you want to know the least stressed states as well? Well congratulations, Minnesota, North Dakota, Iowa, South Dakota and Utah.
