Spring is here and maybe you are one of the people looking for a new start or something different in your life.
FOX's Ashley Papa has this week's 'FOX on Love':
Whether you've been "on-again, off-again" with an ex, went through a bad breakup, or want to find that 'someone', Amy Baglan, CEO of "MeetMindful", says spring is the perfect time to "spring clean" your dating life.
First, Baglan says you need to make space for new people:
(Baglan) "Cleaning up any sort of emotional and physical baggage that may be hanging out from past relationships from the winter, from holding on to things that are unnecessary."
Baglan says, get clear about the kind of love you want this spring, while getting both physically and mentally healthy:
(Baglan) "One of the counter intuitive things about exercise and movement is that it takes energy to create new energy."
Changing up your routine, like taking a new route to work, can even put you on a new path to meet someone new. Also, reconnecting with old friends, might help you meet new ones:
(Baglan) "It's wonderful to get out and be with people who really inspire you to show up as your best self."
Taking the right steps, may increases your chances of finding more than just a "spring fling".
