Democrats may make good on their threat to filibuster the nomination of appeals court Judge Neil Gorsuch to the US Supreme Court.

FOX's Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:

Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer says he plans to lead a filibuster against Judge Gorsuch:

(Schumer) "His rulings favor the already powerful over ordinary Americans."

Democratic Pennsylvania Senator Bob Casey is also going on the record against Judge Gorsuch, saying his judicial approach will not ensure fairness for workers and families. If Democrats do filibuster, Republicans could use to the so-called "nuclear option", forcing a simple majority vote in the Senate.
