‘Neverland’ Ranch is Back on the Market

A home, once owned by Michael Jackson, is for sale again.

    FOX’s Pam Puso has more:

‘Neverland’ Ranch made famous by Michael Jackson is back on the market, but now it’s being Sycamore Valley Ranch. The 2700 acre property, near Santa Barbara, California, is listed for $67 million. That’s down from last year’s asking price of $100 million.

As for tours, you won’t get one unless you qualify as a serious buyer. Something this fan of the late pop star hopes will change:

(Fan) “The whole icon of Michael Jackson and ‘Neverland’ is you know really special.”

Prior to his death in 2009, Jackson sold the ranch for $22.5 million.
