The top Senate Democrat doubts the Republican effort to repeal and replace ObamaCare will ever happen.
FOX's Jared Halpern has more from Capitol Hill:
Republican leaders say repealing the Affordable Care Act is a top priority this spring, House Speaker Paul Ryan reiterating the GOP plans after a White House meeting with President Trump:
(Ryan) "And we will replace it with a law that's better, that's more durable. That lowers costs."
Several Congressional Republicans faced strong support of the healthcare law at town halls last week.
Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer says they've had an impact:
(Schumer) "I believe the odds are very high we will keep the ACA. It will not be repealed."
