Lawmakers Torn on Ninth Circuit Rejection

President Trump is vowing to fight for his travel ban in court, but some lawmakers have other ideas.

FOX’s Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:

Republican Senator James Lankford says the White House should not go back to court, but should rewrite the order instead, with clarifications regarding green card holders:

(Lankford) “To go back and clean up the document and be able to make it clear what they made clear four days later they should make clear the first day, and then be able to push it out.”

Democratic Senator Corey Booker wants the President to work with Congress:

(Booker) ”He was checked by the courts. The system is working.”

President Trump called the appeals court decision ”disgraceful” on Twitter.
