Even if you're not into gaming, there aren't a lot of people who do not know 'PAC-MAN':

One of the men known as the "Father of PAC-Man" Masaya Nakamura has died at the age of 91. Nakamura founded the company responsible for the cultural touchstone in gaming, Namco.
The company started off making coin operated mechanical rides outside of supermarkets, but is tied forever to the yellow disc shaped, ghost eating character.
Nakamura died on January 22, it was later announced on the company's website January 30.
