Super Bowl 51 Specialty Menu
If you’re lucky enough to get a ticket to Super Bowl 51, the game might not be the only highlight of your night.
FOX’s Chris Hoenig reports:
Aramark, the food provider at NRG Stadium, unveiling some regional specialties that will be sold at the concession stands on game day.
The Falcons will be represented with the “ATL Fried Chicken Stak”, including waffle fries, fried chicken and a peach marmalade barbecue sauce. While the “Beantown Griller” will be the Patriots signature dish. A tri-tip pot roast with caramelized onions and cheddar cheese, with a side of baked beans.
Locally-inspired favorites will include burnt ends, brisket, steak, chopped beef and sausage sandwiches, fish and pork tacos and Fuddrukers’ burgers.
Club and suite guests will be treated to short rib grilled cheese, jalapeno bacon wrapped chicken and chicken empanadas.
Houston high school student chefs will also prepare a Bayou City Banh Mi, a Vietnamese-inspired steak, avocado and pickled veggie sandwich.
