President Trump has signed an executive order to jump start construction of his promised border wall, but he didn't stop there.

FOX's Jon Decker reports from the White House:

The President said his executive actions would create more detention centers, higher more federal border control agents and withhold federal funds from so-called sanctuary cities.

Mr. Trump also ticked off two more elements:

(President Trump) "Ends the policy of catch and release at the border; requires other countries to take back their criminals."

Some estimates have put the total cost of a border wall at about $20 billion. President Trump has said that Mexico would reimburse American taxpayers for the cost of the wall.
