Remembering David Bowie’s Death a Year Later: Widow Iman Pays Tribute

It was a year ago Tuesday that we lost one of the greatest performers, musicians and artists of all time.

FOX’s Michelle Pollino reports:

David Bowie’s widow model Iman commemorated the death of her late husband on the 1st anniversary by
posting a picture of a double rainbow over New York on Instagram, she captioned the pic with “Bowie forever” and “forever love.”

(Bowie) “Look up here, I’m in Heaven.”

According to The Guardian, Bowie found out that he had cancer in summer 2014 and had been battling it for six months while recording his final album “Blackstar.”

Iman had kept a low profile in the year since Bowie’s death. She was largely absent from the city’s fashion scene until September of 2016, when she made her first night out a Tom Ford show during New York Fashion Week.
