President-elect Trump Has Constructive Intelligence Meeting on Russian Hack

The President-elect isn’t saying if he’s changed his mind about claims of Russian hacking after hearing a briefing from top intelligence officials.

FOX’s Jared Halpern has more from Capitol Hill:

President-elect Trump says he had a constructive meeting and conversation with leaders of the intelligence community.

In that statement, the President-elect says while Russia, China, other countries and outside groups are consistently trying to break through cyber infrastructure, including the DNC, there was absolutely no effect on the outcome of the election since there was no tampering whatsoever with voting machines.

Still, Mr Trump says there is a need to aggressively combat and stop cyberattacks, he’s appointing a team to give him a plan within 90 days of taking office.
