Bin Laden’s Son Added to Terror Watch List

The son of a top terrorist follows in his father’s footsteps.

    FOX’s Lilian Woo reports:

Osama bin Laden’s son, slapped with terror related sanctions by the U.S. state and treasury departments
which say, “Hamza bin Laden poses a risk to our national security.”

The son of the 9/11 mastermind added to the Specially Designated Global Terrorist list after he was “determined to have committed, or pose a serious risk of committing, acts of terrorism that threaten the security of U.S. nationals or the national security.”

The designation means all property subject to U.S. jurisdiction in which he has interests is blocked and that U.S. citizens are generally prohibited from dealing with him.

In an audio message last year the younger bin Laden thought to be in his 20’s, threatened revenge against the U.S. for killing his father and warned that Americans would be targeted at home and abroad.
