The President’s days as the Commander-in-Chief are soon coming to an end.
FOX’s Jon Decker has more from the White House:
In an Armed Forces Full Honor Review Farewell Ceremony at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall in Virginia, the President thanked all the men and women in uniform for their service to the country:
(President Obama) “Thank you for your patriotism. Thank you for your professionalism. Thank you for your character in representing the very best of the American spirit.”
The ceremony which honored the Commander-in-Chief was attended by the Vice President, Defense Secretary Ash Carter and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Marine Gen. Joseph Dunford.
