President-elect Trump Calls U.S. Intelligence into Question with Tweets

President-elect Trump meets with top intelligence officials this week, amid his public skepticism of their cyberattack assessments.

In a series of tweets this week, President-elect Trump quoted WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, who claims Russia or any other government, is not the source of Democratic emails leaked in the lead-up to the election:

But within the GOP ranks, there is an appetite for a hard-line stand against Russia. Senator John McCain is leading a hearing with top intelligence officials tomorrow on foreign cyberattacks.
