It's a tradition for former Presidents to attend the inauguration of a new one, but so far, only one has confirmed he'll attend Donald Trump's swearing-in.

FOX's Jim Mackay tells you who it is:

That former President is Jimmy Carter. So far he's the only one to confirm that he's attending the January 20 inauguration.

Former President Carter made that announcement while teaching his Sunday school class earlier this month. When it comes to former President George H.W. Bush, he's not attending because of his age.

A spokesperson close to former President George W. Bush is saying he'll make his decision in January before inauguration day, as well as former President Bill Clinton, who has still not made a decision.
