Vice President Joe Biden says he was disappointed by the tone of the 2016 Presidential election.

The Vice President during a speech in New York City, delivered a blunt evaluation of the just-concluded Presidential campaign, calling it ugly, divisive and dispiriting:

(Vice President Biden) "I find myself embarrassed by the nature of way this campaign was conducted, so much for the shining city on the hill."

Vice President Biden, who just celebrated his 74th birthday has spoken of the possibility of running again for President in 2020.
