Nevada Democrats File Lawsuit Alleging Voter Intimidation

Nevada Democrats have become the latest to sue Republican officials over allegations of voter intimidation.

FOX’s Jessica Rosenthal reports:

The Nevada suit was filed against Donald Trump’s campaign, his associate Roger Stone and his stop the steal Super PAC, as well as state Republicans.

It says they’ve all violated laws meant to stop voter intimidation. They cite three incidents that have occurred so far in early voting, including a Trump supporter in one case, and a poll observer in another, either yelling at people, giving false information or trying to keep people from going into locations.

The lawsuit also references a media report in which an unnamed official with the Trump campaign says they have voter suppression operations under way.

Nevada’s Republican chairman says the suit is a partisan stunt. Roger Stone said they are simply conducting exit polling.
