Grand Ole Opry to Hit Big Apple

A new country-themed entertainment complex is coming to New York.

Hang on to your Stetsons! Time’s Square’s goin’ country with “The Grand Ole Opry” opening there. The Opry’s parent company announced plans to open a four-story entertainment complex called Opry City Stage in New York in April.

It’ll have a bar and restaurant as well as simulcasts from the Opry in Nashville and a space for live performances.

The fourth floor will have a listening room that’ll include curated performances from Nashville’s famed songwriting epicenter, the Bluebird Cafe.
