CLEVELAND ROCKS: Indians Headed to First World Series Since 1997
They call it ‘Believeland’ for a reason.
FOX’s Chris Hoenig reports:
The celebrations begin in Cleveland:
(Ernie Johnson) “Two balls, two strikes, here it comes… In the air, foul territory… Cleveland Indians are going to the World Series.”
The Indians beating the Toronto Blue Jays on TBS, 3-0, to win the American League Championship series, 3 games-to-1. First trip to the World Series since 1997, the Indians haven’t won it all since 1948.
Game 1 will be Tuesday night at Progressive Field in Cleveland, the same night the Cavaliers will raise their NBA championship banner at Quicken Loans Arena, right next door.
