NBC Suspends Billy Bush

NBC has suspended TV personality Billy Bush from the “Today” show after fallout over a 2005 taped conversation with GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump.

FOX’s Tonya J. Powers has the story:

The executive producer for the “Today” show said in a memo there is “no excuse for” Billy Bush’s language and behavior on the tape, obtained by the Washington Post, which was made when Bush worked for the entertainment news show “Access Hollywood” as he rode with Donald Trump to the set of a daytime drama where Trump made a cameo.

In the tape, Trump, brags about kissing, groping and trying to have sex with women who were not his wife and Bush joins in, laughing:

(Bush) “She’s your girl’s… (Trump) Whoa whoa… (Bush) “Yes the Donald has scored… My man!”

Bush, a married father of three, is the nephew of former President George H.W. Bush.
