Poll: Voter Support for Third Party Candidates is Diminishing

A new survey shows the majority of people who favor third party Presidential candidates could change their minds.

FOX’s Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:

An Associated Press-GfK poll shows seven out of ten third-party supporters aren’t totally sold on Libertarian Gary Johnson or Green Party candidate Jill Stein, and could change their minds.

When forced to choose between Republican Donald Trump or Democrat Hillary Clinton, they’re about split down the middle. One-third wouldn’t pick, and said they just wouldn’t vote. The poll, which was taken before the first Presidential debate, shows Johnson with nine-percent support. Jill Stein with two-percent and “another candidate” with two-percent.
