Kevin Harvick Wants a Win at Dover

It’s week three of the Chase as the NASCAR Sprint Cup goes to Dover International Speedway. Kyle Busch goes to the White House and Jeff Gordon and Dale Earnhardt Jr. will be at Dover this weekend.

FOX’s Marghiee Teshineh has this week’s “FOX in the Fast Lane”:

Kevin Harvick is excited about this weekend’s race where his team did so well last year:

(Harvick) “I hope we go to Dover and win again. You know I think it’s been a great race track for us.”

Harvick is advancing to the next round of the Chase, thanks to his win at Loudon, but the goal for Dover is to win!:

(Harvick) “Obviously there won’t be as much pressure, but it’s important to go perform like you need to perform for those guys in the shop and the guys that come on the road who have put the time and effort into these race cars.”

President Obama honored Sprint Cup champ Kyle Busch at the White House this week and the two men shared a laugh when Busch presented the President with one of his racing helmets and was asked about the tube attached to it:

(President Obama) “Tell me the truth what are you pumping in through here though?”

(Busch) “Some really good stuff.”

And Jeff Gordon will be behind the wheel for the still ailing Dale Earnhardt Jr. at Dover, but Jr. won’t be too far away, he’ll be in the pitbox watching the action.
