Kentucky Daycare Hits Children Before Handing Out Snack
A daycare center in Kentucky is under investigation.
FOX’s Chris Foster reports:
Two workers at New Creation Childcare in Lexington, Kentucky, are accused in an “office of inspector general” report, of playing something called “smack for a snack” with kids.
Lining them up to be hit with a ruler, in exchange for some yogurt. At least two of the children had visible bruises.
Police cited one of those workers for assault. A state inspector also found one woman taking care of 27 kids at once, that’s 15 more than allowed.
One of the daycare’s windows was found shattered, by one child pushing another into it.
