One of the FBI's 10 most wanted fugitives has now been captured.
FOX's Kevin Rincon has more:
Fidel Urbina has been wanted for kidnapping, rape, and homicide charges in Chicago for years now. On Thursday, he was finally detained across the border in the Mexican state of Chihuahua.
Back in 2012, Anita Alvarez, the Cook County state attorney described exactly what Urbina is accused of doing.
(Alvarez) "These two crimes were vicious, it was a vicious rape against the first victim. I mean he was out on bond for that rape when he raped and killed the second victim. So he's a very violent person, particularly against woman."
Those crimes were carried out back in March of 1998. Urbina was detained on a U.S. extradition warrant.
