With the first Presidential debate just days away, Democrat Hillary Clinton has been prepping at home, while Republican Donald Trump courts voters on the campaign trail.
FOX's Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:
At a rally in battleground North Carolina, Trump again blamed the Obama administration for recent terror attacks:
(Trump) "These attacks were made possible because of our extremely open immigration system which fails to properly vet or screen individuals or families coming into our country."
A Real Clear Politics average of polls shows Trump and Clinton are tied in North Carolina, 43-43.
Meanwhile, the Trump campaign is downplaying a "Washington Post" report that Republican used money from his charitable Trump Foundation to settle lawsuits involving his business interests.
