GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump was in Baltimore to address National Guardsmen and women as he returns to the campaign trail.

FOX's Gurnal Scott with more:

Donald Trump avoided Hillary Clinton's recent health issues in his speech before members of the guard, but hit hard on her characterization last week of his support:

(Trump) "Behind gates and walls and guards, she mocks and demeans hard-working Americans."

Trump said her "bucket of deplorables" comment insults Americans and makes her unfit for the White House:

(Trump) "You cannot run for President if you have such contempt in your heart for the American voter."

Clinton is off the campaign trail today after pneumonia and dehydration led to her abruptly leaving the 9/11 remembrance in New York yesterday.
