Bruce Springsteen: Born to Break Another Record

As Bruce Springsteen’s 67th birthday is “just around the corner”, the rock and roll Hall of Famer and his E Street Band certainly aren’t showing it on stage these days.

FOX’s Michelle Pollino reports:

Bruce Springsteen did not disappoint fans in Philadelphia, performing his longest show on U.S. soil. The Boss’ Wednesday night concert at Citizens Bank Park lasted nearly four hours and four minutes, breaking the previous record he set last week at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey:

(Springsteen) “To prove it all night.”

The Boss’ longest show in the world was four hours, six minutes in Helsinki, Finland, that was back in 2012. Springsteen’s ‘River Tour’ wraps up with a show in Foxborough, Massachusetts, on Sept. 14 and in anticipation of a possible longer show, Foxborough officials voted last week to extend its concert curfew by 15 minutes.
