Democrat Hillary Clinton countered Donald Trump's support from military leaders on Wednesday.

FOX's Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:

Trump and Clinton are bringing out their endorsement brigades with dueling lists of former and retired military leaders that support them, ahead of NBC's "Commander-in-Chief" forum.

Clinton released her's today, pointing out to reporters on her plane she has seven more admirals and generals than Trump has.

(Clinton) "I think 88 officers. I think we're up to 89 but who's counting?"

Today, the Clinton camp released a list of 95 high-ranking officers that are backing her, including some four-star Generals.
