Bill Cosby was back in court in the only criminal case over the sexual assault claims against him.

FOX's Gurnal Scott with more:

Judge Steven O'Neill has tentatively set June 5, 2017 as the trial date for entertainer Bill Cosby on the sex assault charge he faces. That was decided at a hearing in Norristown, Pennsylvania today.

Former Temple University employee Andrea Constand says Cosby drugged and molested her. Cosby says the relationship was consensual.

In a letter, Cosby's defense says the entertainer is now blind and could need special assistance for a trial. Prosecutors say they want 13 other women who've made similar allegations against Cosby to testify.

Judge O'Neill has not ruled on that yet.
