Clinton Downplays Calls for Prosecution from Republicans

Hillary Clinton fielded more questions on Tuesday while on the campaign trail.

FOX’s Jared Halpern reports:

Hillary Clinton is casting aside the latest call for prosecution from Republican lawmakers. House Oversight Committee chairman Jason Chaffetz wants federal prosecutors to investigate emails deleted from Clinton’s private server.

On her campaign plane, Clinton also answered questions about the Clinton Foundation and the role daughter Chelsea may play should the former Secretary of State win the election:

(Clinton) “These issues will be decided after the election. And we will decide the most appropriate way forward.”

Republicans accuse Clinton of allowing too cozy a relationship between the foundation and State Department.
