Report: Secret Deal Made in Iran Nuclear Deal
A secret deal reportedly reached with Iran and other world powers regarding the last year’s nuclear deal.
FOX’s Jon Decker has more from the White House:
According to several officials involved in the negotiations with Iran, the U.S. and other world powers reportedly agreed “in secret” to allow Iran to dodge some restrictions in the Iran nuclear deal.
The purpose behind the secret deal, according to Reuters, was to allow Iran to start getting financial relief immediately when some of the economic sanctions were lifted.
The report quotes David Albright, a former UN weapons inspector, who said the “exemptions or loopholes are happening in secret, and it appears that they favor Iran.”
