During a Jackson, Mississippi campaign stop, Donald Trump accused Hillary Clinton of bigotry.
FOX's Jon Decker gives the details from the White House:
At a campaign rally in Jackson, Mississippi, Donald Trump escalated the rhetoric against Hillary Clinton with a new attack line against the Democratic Presidential nominee:
(Trump) "Hillary Clinton's a bigot who sees people of color only as votes, not as human beings worthy of a better future."
The remark was not an ad-lib by Trump, but rather was from a prepared text.
Asked to respond to the comment in an interview on CNN, Clinton accused Trump of "peddling" bigotry and prejudice.
