Trump Changes Tone on Immigration

Donald Trump’s immigration plan appears to be evolving.

FOX’s Rich Denison reports:

One of Donald Trump’s key campaign proposals was to deport the 11 million people living in the U.S. illegally. The GOP nominee now apparently pulling back on that issue:

(Trump) “There certainly can be a softening, because we’re not looking to hurt people. We have some great people in this country, we have some great great people in this country.”

Trump likening his plan to previous and current administrations:

(Trump) “I don’t know if you know, but Bush and even Obama sends people back. Now we can be more aggressive in that, but we want to follow the laws. If you start going around trying to make new laws in this country, it’s a process that’s brutal.”

Trump’s latest comments coming during a FOX News town hall in Austin, Texas.
