The Pentagon says it was a local decision to use Hillary Clinton's picture in training on insider threats to classified information.
FOX's Jon Decker reports:
A U.S. Army spokesman confirms to FOX News that a soldier used a photo of Democratic Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton in an official training slide over a year ago about proper handling of classified information.
Clinton's photo was listed alongside Fort Hood Shooter Nidal Hasan, Bradley Manning, Edward Snowden and General David Petraeus.
The slide was used locally as a part of a training presentation on best practices for handling classified information and maintaining operational security.
The Army says the training presentation has since been removed.
