Democratic Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton has not yet said anything in reaction to learning the father of the Orlando nightclub shooter appeared seated behind her at a Florida campaign stop. Omar Mateen's father would later tell reporters he's a big supporter of hers.
FOX's Eben Brown reports from Miami:
Seddique Mateen, father of Pulse Nightclub gunman Omar Mateen, is seen behind Hillary Clinton as she made an appearance in Kissimmee this week:
(Mateen) "Clinton is good for United States, versus Donald Trump."
Mateen tells reporters he's a registered Democrat:
(Mateen) "As a member, I get the invitations."
Mateen was the subject of scrutiny following his son's nightclub attack, for making videos that often seemed to support Islamic rule in his native Afghanistan. His son killed 49 people in what many say was both a jihadist and anti-LGBT attack.
A Clinton spokesperson tells fox she disavows Mateen's support.
