Parents of Benghazi Victims File Suit on Clinton

Hillary Clinton is sued by the parents of two of the four Americans who died in the Benghazi attack in 2012.

FOX’s Jon Decker has more from the White House:

The federal lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia by Freedom Watch USA on behalf of Patricia Smith, the mother of Sean Smith, and Charles Woods, the father of Tyrone Woods.

They allege that Hillary Clinton wrongfully caused the death of their sons by what they call her “reckless handling” of classified information.

Specifically, the lawsuit claims that Clinton’s use of a private email server as Secretary of State, contributed to the deaths of Smith and Woods, adding that terrorists were able to “obtain their whereabouts.”

Clinton’s lawyers will likely claim that she cannot be sued for her official acts because of executive immunity.
